iPod vs iPod mini?

Are there any big differences between the iPod and the iPod mini? Besides size that is... Does a normal iPod play better quality than a mini for instance? I'm debating on which one I should get because I'm broke as it is. But, if theres a big difference, I'll spend the extra time for the better one.

No difference that I can tell in the sound quality. I bought the mini over the 4g, for the better looks (to me, anyways) and smaller physical size. I have no problem with only 4GB of storage (huge improvement over my old 128MB flash player), but if you *really* want to carry around your whole collection with you, spend the extra $50+ for the bigger ipods.mdolton at 2007-11-15 13:45:48 >

thats not the problem, i dont even have 1000 songs...the only thing i was concerned with is sound quality..if theres no difference besides the space, ill get the miniiSsUeS636 at 2007-11-15 13:47:47 >

as far as i know, no sound differnce. though the ip[od is better cause its only a 50 bucks differnce and you get 16 gb more. you may not use it now, but it might come in handy later.[zerophase] at 2007-11-15 13:48:52 >
