My ipod can be sitting on my desk, turned off, with the hold button on, & then i can go back to my desk after a couple of hours & it has magically started playing through all my songs.

It's a new 40GB 4th Gen so i haven't had it for long. Does anyone else experience this problem, or know how to sort it out?

It's incredibly annoying to find i have no battery left because it's been playing away to nobody in my pocket!
