iPod Do Not Disconnect Help
Hi, I just bought an iPod yesterday..it is the u2 special edition type
i installed it and it worked fine yesterday.
today while reorganizing the songs i had already recieved i attempted to update my iPod so i could better organize my songs into proper playlists
i got an unknown error (-36) i believe it said minus 36
anyway, after this everytime i attempt to connect my ipod to itunes i recieve a do no disconnect screen on my ipod. how can i fix this

do not disconnect.......it means your computer has recognized your ipod and it is using it. meaning as a removable drive and ready to sync your music to it.

are you sure? because i left it for like 10 minutes and the screen was still there. also, it doesnt seem my computer is doing anything.

if you have the ipod connected to your pc or mac that message will display on you ipod lcd. when you unmount the ipod you will see a check mark stating that it is ok to disconnect your ipod from you pc or mac.

ok, i just clicked update but now i just recieved an error saying i cannot unmount my ipod. it now has a picture of the charger but i know mine is fully charged
