screen problem
Two days ago the screen came up with faded lines in the display.
These have not gone away, even after a resetting process.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

I had a similar problem with my 20gb iPod which hadn't been used for a little while, it wasn't as bad looking as yours by any means but having it on for a little while, and the problem to clear up.Yours looks really bad though, being a new iPod I would personally look at getting a replacement.
