Shake it like a polaroid picture

i noticed after dropping it i can shake it and if i put it up to my ear it sounds like something is loose in there. I can hear something banging around in there when i shake it. Can you guys hear this also... and it is it safe to run/jog with ure ipod or would that hurt it over time due to much shock absorbation

?
I assume you're talking about your iPod. It has moving parts in it. Of course things will be rattling around, especially if you drop it. Yes, it's safe to jog with it.
I recommend taking better care of your iPod. And next time, please try to make your post a little more understandable.

Did you notice that I somehow slogged through your prose and guessed that it was an iPod? I was pointing out that it was nearly incomprehensible. You're welcome, by the way.

Relax, let's not get into an argument.. When a Lounger gives you advice it is usually customary to show them some respect and thank them...

there is a noise on the inside of the iPod because of the hardrive which has moving parts, mine has had a slight rattle since the day I got it
