What is the normal cost of engraving from the Apple store? When does the free engraving promo end?

I think the normal cost is 20$ or something around those lines.As for when the promotion ends for free engraving, it's January 10, 2005 (at least on the Canadian site).

My friend's parents got an engraved iPod Mini for his gratuation and it looks pretty good, I don't know about cool, because I don't care if mine is engraved or not. :o
