Two iPods in the same home...
I'm sure this must be happening more and more, is there a solution?

My girlfriend is hankering for an iPod, and with Xmas fast approaching now seems a good time to get one. However, as we share a PC (running Windows 2000) I was wondering if there is anyway we'll be able to easily run two iPods from the same computer.
I'm sure this must be happening more and more, is there a solution?

Greg, i'm having the same issue at the momeent. Got my girlfriend a new ipod and tried to put it on my laptop (XP) but the new ipod is not being recognised and does not even give me the option to register it or give it a name. It just advises that the ipod is not formatted for use on my computer and gives me the option to update the software on the ipod or restore factory settings. So fat both options have failed to do anythig!
Any solutions to this issue gratefully received!!!
