Hello. I bought my iPod about 1 month ago. I received the CD with it to download the iPod software. So I downloaded everything, and then connected my iPod to the computer (PC). Unlike what it says, my iPod didn't appear in the left panel of iTunes...
So I went to apple.com and it said that I should put my iPod on Disk Mode. So I did that and it worked.
The second time I tried to upload my new songs from my iTunes to my iPod, it didn't work again. Apparently, the iPod software didn't stay on my computer. So I had to download everything all over again and put it on Disk Mode again! Which was really annoying...
Last time, I tried to do it again, and again I had to install the iPod software and it worked without putting it on Disk Mode but then today i tried again and when i plugged the iPod on the computer then it didn't even say Do Not Disconnect on my iPod. And nothing happened...
I'm getting really annoyed and i don't know what to do...
