Old playlist blocking update...

I removed a lotta songs and playlists from my 'Pod, via iTunes, then updated. Then I tried adding new songs, but iTunes says the 'Pod can't be updated because an old, empty playlist is messing things up.

The playlist is empty. The songs that were in it were removed. I removed the playlist as well, but it's still showing up, and I can't update my iPod 'cause the empty playlist is fudging everything up.

What can I do?

"Restore" your iPod

Yeah, I may as well. That's what I was going to do anyway.

Ugh. Okay, I've restored it to factory settings, and when I open iTunes the iPod won't stop updating. What gives?
