hi all
ive had a good look thru the forum and cant find a problme like mine! which is bad! Ive noticed some very unusual activity with my ipod! its a 3g 20gb and it will connect and then show up in itunes.. but the ipod symbol in itunes is red and the songs are greyed out. then when i try add music it freezes and this message comes up..."The Drive is not ready for use; its door may be open. Please check drive\device\harddisk1\dr32 and make sure a disc is inserted and that the drive door is closed" :S Also tried formatting and it stops formatting sayin it cant do it! please help!
