New iPod

Hello. I am new to these forums, and I will be getting a new 20 GB 4G iPod. I have my heart set on getting an FM transmitter, but I'm getting mixed reviews on a lot of products. I am wondering, what is the best option for an FM transmitter, and what other necessary accessories do you think I will need to maximize my capabilities. Thanks in advance.

FM transmitters work pretty well, as long as you have free radio frequencies for them to broadcast on. I have the iTrip and it works pretty well and the quality isn't too bad. Still not up to line-in quality, but listenable to, as long as you get a free frequency.TOM

I was wondering, how far can they transmit? I would bring mine to work but I don't want to get crap on it if I leave it by the cd player (its in the middle of the kitchen). It would suck having it die, because I am only a 15 year old on minimum wage, well 10 cents more.zee at 2007-11-15 13:48:07 >
