Getting Music off ipod

Is there any way to get the music back off the ipod onto say a differnt computer onces its put on with iTunes?

So basically you want to put the music that is on your iPod's HDD and put it onto another PC's HDD? If so give this ( http://www.ipodlounge.com/articles_more.php?id=5090_0_8_0_M) a read and it should answer your question...Hope that helps,
