Got two probs with a 3g 20gb Ipod...

Running Ipod through Monster Car Charger with the line out connector connected to a Casette Adaptor. The sound is terrible. really distoorted. Have tried changing EQ settings, Bass & Treble on Car stereo even MP3 gain reducing the volume boost to 85db with no Joy. Running through headphones is OK though. The car stereo is a VW Gamma.

Also,

When I go to choose the 1st track from an album, the Ipod skips this and goes to Track #2. Sometimes if I go back (using the back button) it then skips track #1. Very annoying.
