mini click wheel

Hi. Quick question. I read in a review that the mini click wheel is slightly recessed. however on my ipod mini, if you move your fingers over the wheel it feels slightly [minutely so] above being flush with the ipod. Is this normal? Thanks

it is normal...the piece of equipment cant be 100% perfect!!-Matt
