I'm not 100% sure about the iPod mini, but I've been using my 20gb iPod 3G wiht Windows ME for about a year now with very few problems. You have to buy and install a firewire card if you don't alredy have one, and download something to substitute for iTunes. Try XPlay (http://www.mediafour.com/products/xplay/ ) Hope this helps, good luck!
