Opinion on cassette adaptor brand

I decided to buy cassette adaptor for now, I have a corolla 04.
Could anyone please recommend me which brand is good? Belkin? Sony? Radio Shack...etc.
And any precaution or settings that I should be aware of when using the cassette adaptor?
