Buddy of mine asked me today how to hardwire his wife's iPod into her '02 eclipse. I've searched exhaustively and all of the RCA options (rcainputs.com, ice-link, log-jam) don't seem to offer a hardwire option for the Pod.

I've got the mounting option covered for him, but it's the connectivity that I'm struggling to help him fine. In my '02 GTI everything works great, even with the miserable Monsoon system in it (better though since I added a 10" sub).

Any thoughts on this one as he wants to maintain the factory HU?
