ice-link with sony CDX-M9900

I am looking to buy a dension ice-link plus, but one site says that it is not compatible with sony's CDX-M9900 head unit. Its a long shot but does anyone have this setup ,if so does it work?
And any suggestions as to the best place to buy one would be good.
