4th Gen Linux and Audio Recordingq

How is the progress on this going? There is only one reason why I'm interested in Linux on the iPod and that's for recording my voice and music. I have no interested in the low-quality stuff from Berklin etc...

I want to be albe to use my own mic and record at high quality and Linux will do this from the specs I've seen.

So........anyone knows how the progress is going or if I have any better options?

(have a 4gb Ipod-mini by the way)

Ya, i'm also am surprised that i havent found any signs of progress with the devellopment of a 4g podzilla os. There must be thousands of owners like myself who would jump at the opportunity to turn their 4th gen iPod into, essentially, a 96khz field recorder. What is keeping the devellopment team? Funding? Rights?

Anyone who knows anything about 4g podzilla devellopment drop me a line.

Why not visit the podzilla website?

http://www.ipodlinux.org/Podzilla

I'm sure that they've got the most up-to-date news on features and releases.
