I'm surprised there isn't a lot of knoedge about this on the web but I thought I'd say once and for all so more people can try it. When I herd about this I knew I had to try it.Yes Someone has finally done it. You can now run Linux on your iPod!! With tons of more games and apps, it's worth a try even if you don't know what Linux is. It is easy to use because you can switch to and from the original Apple iPod firware or go to the Linux. Yes were talking a new OS!! It is still in bat but has an astouding amount of feature, it was easy recording with any mic and I could record it much better quality because I could choose from 8,32, or 64kHz. This is amazing because Belkin's recorder's won't let you record over 8kHz. Even more it has a calculator and a load of games. From Pong,Mimesweeper, Tetris, Othello, and a version of astroid and more on the way this is the best way and only way for ne FREE games. Plus it has all the same abilities of th regular iPod OS. These are just a few features to make it a better OS then the original iPod's OS. Best of all it's FREE
