My ipod mini came in contact with water and I let it dry out but it wont turn fully on. It has a battery symbol picture and it wont fully load. What should I do?

yea, i tried that but it doesn't do anything. It still wont turn on fully. Anytime I try and charge it, the symbol still comes up. Should I get a new battery? The whole ipod was exposed to the water and I am wondering if Ill need other parts for it also.Thanks

maybe u blow dry it lil bit then do not try turning it on until like within next 24 to 48 hours...joshchas65401 at 2007-11-15 15:11:13 >

Leave it to dry out for a few weeks, its possible there is some water shorting out the battery, and hopefully it will dry itself out.TOM
