I have dealt with this guy to purchase a green iPod mini off him.
On the 24th december, the deal was done.
Its now the 12th of january and the package still hasnt arrived. He told me it would take 4 days to get here. I am very disappointed, and I wasted $120.

What have you done about this so far? Did you report him to the police or to his ISP? Did you send them copies of the emails he sent to you to the ISP or police? Did you report him to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp)? Also you can go to (http://www.trollhunters.com) with all the information you have and ask them to help you find this person.
You need to follow up on this since you were the one dealing with him and have more information than we do. We provide the Classified section to the members as a service to sell, buy & trade iPod & related items. We do try to monitor the Classified section and prevent these things from happening and keep people like this out as best we can. You do have to take caution when dealing with people over the internet at all times. You really need to follow up with the information that you have since you were in contact with him outside of the forums as well.
