Hello everyone I have been a powerbook user for a few years now, now I feel it is time to change to the MacPro. I am going to be selling my Core2Duo PC.

Whilst the Dual Xeon's will be a lovely upgrade from a single Core2Duo, I an concerned about the graphics card. My Current PC has a Geforce 7950, which flies, and no retails for roughly 150-190. And of course the only option I really have in the Mac Pro is the x1900.

So I was wondering rather than get the x1900 could I just stick a better graphics card in there? Does OSX have more drivers for other graphics cards?
