My 20 Gig iPod has been slow to copy files, it is to the point on some days it just won't copy more than a few megabytes a minute. I usually drop 500 meg over to my iMac to do a backup every few days of the files on my iPod.

The other day I washaving problems mounting the drive on my mac and at work on my pc.

The problems show up sparatically but as of late have started showing up more.

Is this a sign that my hdd is about to go down hill or is this just a run of bad luck?
