cmd - opt - esc, though you don't restart with it.

ctrl - cmd - eject (or F12, what you have)

ATTENTION: ONCE PRESSED, YOU CAN'T STOP IT. YOUR MAC WILL RESTART!!

I'm writing in caps because it just happened me while trying... <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />

ctrl-eject will bring up a dialog box, so you can choose between restart and shutdown.

command option esc will bring up the "force quit" dialog

apple should really consolidate all of these shortcuts...
