Quicktime 5.0 Pro Browser Plugin no longer saves movies

"Save as Source..." and "Save as Quicktime Movie..." are no longer available when I right-click a movie in a browser. I have 5.0 Pro and have been able to do it before, but just recently I can't.

Should I:
1) Throw out my Quicktime preferences?
2) Reinstall Quicktime?
3) Try something else?

Have you tried watching a movie you've been able to download in the past? It's possible for sites posting movies to remove the download option.
