How safe is overclocking/side effects of overclocking...
Ok, I got a 600 MHz iMac that I want to overclock - now, I have a few questions.
How far can I overclock it safely?
How much more heat will it produce (it already makes my room very hot already)?
Is it worth it?
Thanks in advance!

O, and what's the best overclocking program?

I'm not sure whether you've found the following articles:
<a href="http://forums.xlr8yourmac.com/action.lasso?-database=faq.fp3&-layout=FaqList&-response=answer.faq.lasso&-recordID=33069&-search" target="_blank">What are the risks to overclocking my CPU</a>

On the iMac, you have to add or remove resisters on the logic board, I don't think it can be performed through software or firmware.
