IE and 9.1 problems

I'm running and old Imac (266 mhz 96 ram) and using OS9.1... I have the newest version of IE 5 on my computer and I am facing some major crashes that I cant force-quit out of. I've re-installed IE, dumped the cache and temp files, and now I'm out of ideas... this is a major problem because I cant even startup IE without a crash.

I had this problem a while back and it turned out to be an extension conflict. I wish I could remember the precise soution. But using conflict catcher should help.
