Getting Files From Rio 800 To iMac
I was at the George Harrison memorial at Strawberry Fields, in Central Park, in NYC (the Lennon memorial)... I spent a few hours at one of the sing-alongs that was taking place.
At some point, I realized that I was carrying my Rio 800 128MB MP3 player, and that it has a microphone built-in and has recording capabilities.
So I have recorded about 45 minutes of this very moving tribute... I'd like to get this (surprisingly!) decently clear file from MP3 player to computer... is there *any* way to do this?
Thanks so much.

If there is no way to copy the file (i can never figure out how).
Take a normal speaker cable (1/8th?) and plug it into your mac's line in. Then plug the other end of the cable into the rio's line out.
Should work OK :)
Use a sound recording app to capture the line in.
P.S. Don't forget to upload the file to the AI iDisk! :D

If MacNN & MacFixIt won't get me a response, surely AppleInsider will. :) Thank you *very* much!
That's actually one of the things I was considering. Any recommendations for OS X-compatible sound recording apps?
