sjobs@apple.comand it gets results, I had problems with the os up to date program, sent an email and in less than 24 hours received a phone call from apple.

steve@mac.com works too.I had a friend email him there after her iMac's motherboard died, just out of warranty, and she'd gotten sick of wrestling with tech support. The next day someone from Apple called to tell her that there was a purchase order waiting to get her mobo replaced free of charge. All she had to do was bring her iMac in.
