USB game controllers no good in X?
I have a Macally iShock USB controller and I'm trying to get it to work with OS X 10.1.1
Specifically for Tony Hawk 2.
In OS 9 the controller uses Game Sprockets correct? So what does it use in X? Are there no drivers available for any USB controllers for OS X?
How is anyone playing games in X?
thanks in advance

Despite the abssence of GameSprockets in OS X, there is an HID manager that handles USB device input.
IIRC, OS X's HID libraries still haven't been finalised, nor have several other technologies required for modern gaming (and game development). We will probably have to wait for 10.2 to arrive to see better support.
