TiBook cant recognize audio CDs

I have a TiBook with 10.2.3 and in the past week, it won't recognize any of my audio CDs. I think it may have something to do with 10.2.3 because before it upgraded, I was able to rip to iTunes just fine. Has anyone else had this problem or know a fix to it?
