I use cable internet access but ATT Worldnet for mail. With OS9.2 I can set up an account to receive mail via a special Worldnet server , ipostoffice, but have to designaet a port and secure (SSL) connection. The new account setup screen for Outlook Express with OS X has an option to specify the port but no place to designate a secure connection as OE with 9.2 does. As result I can't receive mail from the Worldnet server (Worldnet not yet supporting OSX so net help there)
