/cg_drawfps 1 <--show FPS/connect ipnumberhere <--connect to server
/rate 10000 <-- lowers pings (sometimes)
/cg_lagometer 1 <-- shows lag meter
/quit <-- quits RTCW
/reconnect <-- reconnects to the server you;re on
Thats all I can remember for now. To remove anything just replace the "1" with a "0"
