How much is it worth?

Where are you? The value will vary greatly from Country to Country.

I paid ca. ?250(EUR) for a new 15Gb iPod
and ?30(EUR) for the Spreck (iSkin), three pack.
?40(EUR), for the Dock and ?40(EUR) for the In-Ear-Phones...

That makes ?360(EUR) total, as unopened...
knock of 40% (modest) from that leaves about ?144 ~ ?150(EUR).
The good news is you're almost garenteed to get that much for it on eBay, they average around ?175(EUR) though Stock!! (e.g. no Dock, Skins or Phones!)...

no, well, maybe not................... i owuldn't,. id save up the casha nd get a 4g 20gig, but thats just me

200$ is more than fair ask for pictures, the more scratched up, the lower the price.

The 4G 20Gb model is only around $250 at retail - for $50 you can get a brand new iPod. It won't have the dock, but what the heck. You can always get one later, as you don't really NEED the dock (although it's nice to have).

So long as it's working that was a great deal! 3G 40Gb iPod for $215(USD). Sweat!! I wouldn't worry about the Stock Headphones though. In a word they S??ck :(
Apple over hyped what these Ear-buds are capable of. When I first opend my new iPod up to don those new White Earbuds the Left-Side ratteled. Apple did send me some replacements. Two sets in fact, but even they sucked. I eventualy got the Apple In-Ears, although there not the loudest Headphones (those would be the Phillips Bud-In-Ears), they strike the balence of Fashion and Sound blocking, which is a good thing!!!

Well if this guy is willing to toss in a compleat set of Headphones (which are total C r a p BTW), the Dock & the Remote too...

With the Remote & Dock going for around $40.00(USD) each!
Given the average price for a 3G iPod on eBay has been about $175.00(USD), yeah that just might be worth it. Depending on what condition it's in of course.

A dead Batterie is not the worst thing that could happen but, Replaceing that Batterie could be tricky to preform. But, on the other Hand you could save yourself $60.00(USD), by replaceing it yourself...

Then like I said if the 'Pod's in good condition I'd probably think about it. But, bear in mind that this is a 3G iPod, anf that dosen't make that Batterie in it any younger. So you may either have to send it back to Apple $99.00(USD) Batterie (out-of-Warrantee-repalcement), or Purchase a replacement Batterie from the 'Net. for $30.00~35.00(USD), and replace it yourself.

But on the Face of it it sounds like a good deal. Like I said you'd pay around $80.00(USD) just for the Remote & Dock (New & Sealed), and trust me your gona want to get the Dock sooner or latter when you have a Dockable 'Pod.
