iPod remote
I just bought an iPod remote and highly recommend it for its small real estate and usage. It might not have tons of features, but for lengthy playlists and album playing, it does the job well (in addition to working out as a great way to manage the iPod in the car).
Since it plugs into the headphone and aux port and administers "signals" to operate the iPod (and assuming it's powered off the iPod), does it zap much power from the iPod? -- it probably is negligible, but I was just checking.

# 1 Re: iPod remote
I totally agree. i got a remote when i bought my ipod and i use it all the time. i find it really useful when walking around town or on the tube listening to my ipod and i have the remote in my pocket and with my sony headphones no1 knows that i am listening to an ipod,- as i dont want to get mugged. It doesn't seem to effect my battery life at all so im guessing that it doesn't take much power at all.
my 1st post btw :)
