My portable device manager does'nt recognize the 12 gb of songs on my iPod . It shows 500 mb of music in the window , but the pie chart at the left of the screen shows the correct specs at 12 gb used space and 2 gb free . I am trying to copy my complete iPod library to a new hard drive. I can do this , but only the songs that are shown in the window . I have the same songs listed in the window on my home and work computers . Can anyone help me to get my portable device manager to recognize ALL the songs on my iPod ??
