Hi--new forum member, and new iPod owner, so hopefully my question isn't too stupid and hasn't been asked a million times.

I have created a playlist using iTunes for my Windows-based iPod. I want to give this playlist to a friend who has a Mac-based iPod. But when I try to connect either my iPod to her Mac, or her iPod to my PC, I cannot transfer the playlist.

But there must be some simple way to do this? I don't want to reformat either iPod or anything like that--I just want to give a playlist of songs to a friend. Nelp, anyone?
