1. I am unable to click and drag a song from one playlist to another in Itunes. I am using Itunes on Windows XP. Essentually, how can I get the same song into various playlists?Any hints?

2. How can I change the sequence of songs in each playlist? I've figured out you can sort by title, album, etc, but how I can chose the order myself?
