Iskin Customer Svc is flakey!

Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. I ordered one of the new Iskin covers for my new 4g.
It finally shipped 3 weeks ago and arrives last week.
I open the package to discover that instead of an Iskin for my Ipod that it's an Iskin for a laptop keyboard and the invoice clearly states another person's name and info on it.

I immediately wrote to Iskin Customer Service to ask how they want to handle the mix up.

They send me an email today to tell me that they will be shipping out my Iskin Ipod cover along with an RMA envelope. And instructions for me to pay for the shipping back to them and they would reimburse me later. What part of "customer service" do they not understand? They should be sending a pre-paid RMA envelope. Why should I take time out of my day to stand in a long line at the local post office so I can correct their screwup?

Has anyone had such a weird experience with them?? And they are certainly not too quick to respond to emails either. I finally called their office today and left a voice mail cos that is all you get when you call there...within 20 mins of my call they sent out their pathetic email attempt. Maybe it's a coincidence but maybe not!

So far I'm a very disappointed customer!!

so am I. I lost my revo clip a long time ago and ask them how much i had to pay for if I wanted to buy a new one from them. A couple of days later, they sent me email and request 10 usd for the revo clip and intructions of paying them. I had never cearly specify that I wanted to buy the clip. I just wanted to ask how much. By the way, 10 usd was too much, specially I live in Canada. they shouldnt charge that much. I can even get a new iskin evo for 3G for 20 usd. why bother? later, I sold my iskin evo for 16 usd and thats how the story ended.
