iPod for a party, speaker recommendations?

How does recommandable to do a power sound portable for parties? Like a pair of amplified speekers of 50 watts each i mean: Roland DS-50 ? Would i get enjoy with my ipod in that. Or is some better amplified portables speekers. I need something have power and that have real Hi-Fi sond and full quality...But not paying thousand of $.

i think the better solution for you is to find an hi-fi stereo system and connect your ipod to the AUX-IN of the amplifier. whatever you do, use always the LINE OUT on the dock, or you will get a terrible sound!andre_guinness at 2007-11-15 15:15:50 >
