hey! i just got the new 40 g ipod. i am planning to buy a set of speakers and a wireless remote for it.

Now, I was wondering if the JBL creature 2.1 speakers or Altec Lansing inMotion are compatible with the Engineered Audio RemoteRemote2 or the Ten Technology navipod Remote.

In addition, i was wondering which wireless remote is better...the Engineered Audio RemoteRemote2 or the Ten Technology navipod Remote?

I have also heard that the navipod remote's range is not very good and that you need to point the remote directly at the receiver in order for it to work. is it true?

Lastly, can you make the wireless remotes control the volume of the JBL creature 2.1 speakers or Altec Lansing inMotion?
