ok i use Windows and i installed the iPod firmware that came with it. on the "About" tab on the iPod it says the OS is windows but the version is 2.1. (thats the Apple version right?) and i DL the new windows update 1.3 and it says i cant upgrade because its incompatible firmware version. i've had the iPod for a few months and its had no problems, does anyone know what i should do? should i upgrade using the Apple version?:confused: :confused:
