possible to exchange ipod at apple store?
my question is, if i can get the reciept is it possible i can make an exchange at the store, or will i have to ship it out?

ok, i just recieved my ipod less then 5 days ago and its not working right. it was a gift from my brother which he purchased on apple.com

If you live close enough to an Apple store, take it in. Sometimes, they can fix it up right there. If not, they'll be able to coordinate getting you a replacement. If your brother gives you the original order number, that should be enough info for the Apple store to match you and the order.

as long as the back in not engraved the apple store should be able to help you out. I'm not 100% sure if you will need a reciept or anything, (like you could buy an iPod somewhere else)Morfious at 2007-11-15 15:06:40 >
