MusicMatch Isnt Working

i got my ipod around xmas and everything has been working great. but recently whenever i connect my ipod to the computer musicmatch doesn't launch. also when i double click the icon it doesn't launch. i have windows me and im using a firewire if that helps. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same setup us you. WinME and I use MMJB 8.2 A similar thing happened to me and I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it works now. 8.2 uses most of the memory on my computer, so I can't run anything at the same time and it still freezes up after about 20 transfers.

I have a question for you.....do you know of a way to delete your playlist from MMJB to save space on your computer, but not lose the songs when you sync with the iPod. I just don't want to have a ton of songs saved if I don't need to.
