How much space for Contacts
I am using Itunes for my music and just started messing with IPOD Agent. I want to copy my contacts over to my IPOD but how can I tell how much space is being used by contacts, calendar, weather, etc...
I am sure the IPOD will tell how much space is left total but I didn't know if thru IPOD AGENT or something else it would tell me how much is used by other stuff I have on there besides the music.
Thanks,
Scott

The quick a dirty way to figure out how much space your contacts are using (apple support site just says it can store up to 1000) would be to put all the vcards into one file on your computer, then check the properties of that folder to get an actual number size.... 23.0 KB (23,552 bytes) for example.

Hmm...interesting idea. Perhaps I'll add that information into a future version of iPod Agent. Currently, it doesn't show this information. You'd have to manually use Windows Explorer and go to your iPod drive and see how much space the files are taking.
Contacts are stored in the \Contacts folder on your iPod. By default, they will all be placed into a single file named Contacts_iPod Agent.vcf. Just look to see how big that file is.
Calendars and tasks are stored in the \Calendars folder on your iPod. Again, by default all calendar items are stored in a single file named Calendar_iPod Agent.ics and tasks are in a file named Tasks_iPod Agent.ics.
Everything else is stored as notes under the \Notes\iPod Agent folder on your iPod. Just right-click on this folder using Windows Explorer and select properties from the menu. The information displayed on the General tab will show you how much space all the files under this directory are taking up.

Thanks Shadow,
I didn't even think to check the properties of the individual folders but hey it would be nice if Ipod Agent told you.
Awesome app, keep up the good work!!!
