Syncing 1 iPod to 2 PCs?
I want to listen to and manage my music library at home and at work, using my iPod to keep the 2 libraries in sync. This works fine with my PocketPC, but it seems my iPod can only have a sync relationship with one iTunes Library. What to do?

I believe you need to switch your iPod over to "Manual Update" mode via the iPod preferences (available when you hook your iPod up to iTunes).

you can.
go to the ipod drive folder, and ontop of the drive folder, click on tools>Folder options>view>show hidden files and folders.
then go to the folder named ipod_control then music.
all your music is stored on the ipod in those folders.
copy the top link address into winamp or something and add folder to playlist, then it will add all those songs in the folders and play from your ipod.
if you dont get part of it, send me a PM

Yeah, but you'd have to import them into iTunes. It's a strange workaround, and you'll want to make sure that you don't turn on Auto-sync - that would cause some strange problems when iTunes tries to update the iPod from the iPod.
Regarding the original question, managing two libraries from one iPod--it's not possible. In the iPod/iTunes syncing world, iTunes is the "master". As a result, you can only have 1 library be the master, it assigns the song id's that the iPod's database uses.
