import from Cd changer?

I have a sony 300 disk Cd changer, is there anyway I could import these Cds into iTunes without taking out all the Cds? I guess I would need a cable or something to hook up to the changer and computer.

if it can be treated like a cd-rom, i dont see why not. I hoghly doubt that its possible though.

I've never seen a CD changer with the ability to be treated as an IDE or external CD-ROM. True, that'd be neat... especially if it had the capability to auto-cycle through the CDs when importing. (One-touch importing of a whole library). I also highly doubt it. :D
