Itunes + Track Duplicates

How do I get rid of them!?? $&%$@!!

I have a few albums and each track is present about 3 times.

example:

Get It [full song] ----------[2:39]-- Eminem
Get It [full song] ----------[2:39]-- Eminem
Get It [full song] ----------[2:39]-- Eminem
My Band [full song] ----------[4:55]-- Eminem
My Band [full song] ----------[4:55]-- Eminem
My Band [full song] ----------[4:55]-- Eminem

...

No automatic way, except delete them manually, unless there's a lot of them. In that case, I can make a program to do this... PM me if you are interested.
