Download direct to IPOD from winmx, kazaa etc

Direct to the iPod...no. Download the music to your hard drive, add it to the iTunes Library (drag-and-drop), then sync iTunes with your iPod and you're good-to-go.

Apple will implement a direct link between P2P and the iPod shortly after they implement a direct link between you and jail. I'm not expressing my opinion, but we all know Apple has to be firmly against piracy.

Anyway, Kazza is still quite good. Don't download rubbish and you will never get a virus in your life.

You can't do it with the iPod because you need to update the database to be able to play songs, and to do this you need iTunes or a similar program.

You'd be able to do it on an iHP ;) Whoops, did that slip out...

well, you could download directly to the iPod as well (it does act as a removable HD when you plug it in) but as you said it wouldn't update the DB so the files wouldn't show up using the iPod as a MP3 player...
